Annual Reports and Audits
An Annual Report is prepared within 6 months of the end of the previous fiscal year per the Trust Fund Agreement. The Trust Fund is audited annually also within 6 months of the end of the previous fiscal year. The Annual Reports and Audit documents are provided to the U.S. and RMI governments, and made available to the public. The Trust Fund Agreement between the United States of America and the Republic of the Marshall Islands is also provided below. The Agreement implements Sections 216 and 217 of the Compact of Free Association, as Amended, regarding a Trust Fund.
